Salman calls Sairat actor a heartthrob

Salman Khan doesn't hesitate his affinity for the Marathi industry go unnoticed.
The actor, who is currently busy with Kabir Khan's 'Tubelight', has also sung a song in Mahesh Manjrekar's Marathi film 'Rubik's Cube'.

Known to go out of the way for his friends, Salman recently tweeted the first teaser still of the film, which stars 'Sairat' fame actor Akash Thosar.

Mahesh and Salman's friendship goes back a long way (incidentally, 'FU' translate to 'Friendship Unlimited') and the former has played small but important roles in Salman's films, including 'Wanted' and 'Dabangg'.Interestingly, Salman is also set to appear in a Marathi film, a biopic on Shivaji Maharaj directed by Ravi Jadhav, opposite his other friend Riteish Deshmukh.
Salman had made a special appearance in Riteish's debut Marathi film 'Lai Bhaari' and rocked it. It will only be a while before the two reunite on the screen again. We are waiting!
