Riteish's next is a sequel to Lai Bhaari?

After the astounding box office success of his debut Marathi film ���Lai Bhaari���, actor Riteish Deshmukh is all set for his next.
Titled as ���Mauli���, the film will yet again see the popular actor-director duo Riteish and Nishikant Kamat together. Fans of the actor can now take a breather as the much awaited project of the superstar is finally revealed. On Monday, Ritiesh shared the first look of this upcoming film on his twitter page only to stir more curiosity among his fans.Riteish���s debut project in Marathi, Lai Bhaari, directed by Kamat released in 2014 and went on to become the highest grossing movie of the year. The film also featured actors TanviAzmi, SharadKelkar and RadhikaApte in prominent roles along with Riteish.

Interestingly, in the 2014 superhit drama, Ritiesh portrayed double role and one of his characters was named as Mauli. The film also featured song ���Mauli Mauli��� that became hugely popular among masses. With this significant resemblance, whether the latest project is a sequel to ���Lai Bhaari��� or the title is just a coincidence, only time will tell.
According to the information shared by the actor, ���Mauli��� will release in 2016. Riteish���s tweet reads: ���Our Next film after LaiBhaari 'Mauli' @MeMauli directed by Nishikant Kamat - in cinemas 2016��� (sic).
