Sandeep Kulkarni, who is making his return to Marathi cinema after five years, has created waves on social media and among the filmgoers with his upcoming film 'Krutant'. Datta Bhandare directorial 'Krutant' features Sandeep Kulkarni, Suyog Gorhe, Vidya Karanjikar and Sayali Patil in prominent roles. The film is slated to release on January 18, 2019. Quirky concept

Datta Bhandare directorial 'Krutant' trailer begins with Suyog Gorhe, who plays the role of a workaholic person engrossed in his day-to-day life, and doesn't have any time for himself. His wife (Sayli Patil ) suggests him to take a getaway and give some time to himself and unwind. Suyog goes for a road trip decided by his friends and stumbles upon a strange man played by Sandeep Kulkarni.

Sandeep Kulkarni's return to Marathi cinema

Marathi actor Sandeep Kulkarni will be back on the big screen after a gap of five years with the film 'Krutant'. Kulkarni announced the film by sharing its first poster on his Facebook page. The actor is seen in a different avatar with long hair for the first time. He sports a suit jacket and a stick, giving the impression that he plays some sort of wanderer in the film. His last released film was Nikkhil Advani’s 'D-Day' (2013).

Sayli Patil raises the stakes

Actress Sayli Patil who made debut in Marathi cinema with the film, 'Boyz 2' will be seen in a prominent role in Datta Bhandare directorial 'Krutant'. Sayli is an Electronics Engineer and rose to fame with 2nd runner up title at Mata Shravan Queen 2015. Before getting recognization in showbiz, the actress has been doing TV shows. After the serial ended she was auditioned by director Vishal Devrukhkar for 'Boyz 2'. 'Boyz 2' was one of the blockbuster films of 2018, so people are expecting the same from her in this one too.

'Krutant' directed by Datta Bhandare is produced under the banner of Rain Rose Film production is also produced by Miiheer Shah and Sharad Mishra. The movie features stars like Sandeep Kulkarni, Suyog Gorhe, Vidya Karanjikar and Sayali Patil in the prominent roles. The film is slated to release on 18th January 2019.
