Taking to Instagram, Mrinal shared the selfie picture with her fans, while heading out for the promotion of her upcoming film. She wrote "Promotion ! Promotion! # Fateshikast 15 November"
Recently, the makers released the first dialogue promo in which Mrinal Kulkarni as 'Rajmata Jijau' which created a buzz in social media. In the film, Mrinal will be portraying the role of 'Rajmata Jijau'.
Jijabai
Shahaji Bhosale is also referred to as Rajmata Jijabai, was the mother of Maratha leader Shivaji Maharaj, founder of the Maratha Empire. She was the daughter of Lakhuji Jadhav zamindar of Sindhkhed. Jijabai was married at an early age to Shahaji Bhosle, son of Maloji Bhosle of Verul village, a military commander serving under the Nizam Shahi sultans.
'Fatteshikast', the film, claims Digpal, is based on the first surgical strike conducted by Shivaji. Digpal says, “Farzand revolved around Kondaji Farzand, however, in Fatteshikast, the story talks about one big and exceptional mission undertaken by Shivaji Maharaj.
