​'Colorphool' to 'Pondicherry'; FIVE Upcoming films of Sai Tamhankar

Sai Tamhankar is one of the multitalented and versatile actresses of the Marathi film industry. She has worked in many films in Bollywood and the Marathi film industry. While she was recently shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's 'India Lockdown'. Apart from this, there are several films of the actress that have been scheduled to release in 2021.

'Pondicherry'

Sachin Kundalkar's upcoming film, 'Pondicherry' is set in the picturesque town of Pondicherry. Written by Sachin Kundalkar and Tejas Modak, the film is touted to be a family drama.

With a star cast, like Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Amruta Khanvilkar, Neena Kulkarni and Mahesh Manjrekar, the film is definitely going to be a must-watch.

​'Colorphool'

Prakash Kunte's 'Colorphool' starring Sai Tamhankar and Lalit Prabhakar is scheduled to release on 2nd July 2021. Talking about the film, Lalit and Sai will play the roles of Karan and Meera in the film which is a beautiful romantic journey.

​'Mimi'

Laxman Utekar's upcoming film 'Mimi' is based on the 2011 Marathi movie Mala Aai Vhhaychy!, a social drama. It stars Kriti Sanon, Sai Tamhankar, Pankaj Tripathi, Supriya Pathak and Manoj Pahwa, among others.

​'Medium Spicy'

Sai will be playing a key role in Mohit Takalkar's debut directorial 'Medium Spicy'. This film was scheduled to release on 5th June 2020 in theatres. However, due to the strict COVID-19 regulations in the state, the makers of the film decided to postpone the films release date.

It stars Sai Tamhankar, Parna Pethe and Lalit Prabhakar in lead roles.

​'India Lockdown'

Sai recently wrapped the shooting of her upcoming Bollywood film 'India Lockdown' helmed by Madhur Bhandarkar. It also stars Prateik Babbar, Shweta Basu Prasad, Prakash Belawadi and Aahana Kumra in pivotal roles.
