The story revolves around a mischievous teen, who wants to teach a lesson to a man by making his daughter his girlfriend. 35% Katthavar Pass is a coming of age film. Directed by Satish Motling, the story revolves around three college-going friends - Sairaj, Aarti, and Tanish. All of them are back-benchers and are not academically inclined. Sairaj falls in love with a girl from his college and his life takes a new turn. It featured stars like Pratamesh Parab, Bhagyashree Shankpal, Yashoman Apte, Aayli Ghiya, Sanjay Narvekar, Madhavi Juvekar, Sushant Shelar, Nehha Pendse, Vijay Patkar, Bharat Ganeshpure. Here, too Prathamesh is portrayed as strong and makes up for it with these sincere performances and intent. Prathamesh's alongside Prathamesh was very much appreciated by the audience.

Cinematographer-turned-director, Laxman Utekar's 'Lalbaugchi Rani' revolved around a special girl named, Sandhya played by the actress Veena Jamkar, who ventures out of her house with her parents on her 24th Birthday, but her happy day turns into a nightmare when Sandhya goes missing in Mumbai. The worried parents try their best to find her but in vain. Sandhya then meets new people and has her own experiences in the city of dreams. The film is technically sound, especially the cinematography. Prathamesh has managed to stand out through his performance as Andy. The film is not just a one-time watch. It is entertaining and thrilling and is bound to catch up with their audience.

Now Marathi cinema seems to be getting into the zone. Recently released Milind Zumber Kavde’s 'Takatak' is filled with double entendre humour.
