Possibility 1: Teddy Daniels as Prithviraj Sukumaran

#Simon Says, “Teddy Daniels is one of the most well-constructed intriguing characters ever in the history of cinema and was played by none other than the versatile Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio. Coming to the Mollywood remake, Prithviraj Sukumaran, who has a knack to play such suspicious roles, would be a better option to reprise the role.”

Possibility 2: Chuck Aule as Fahadh Faasil

#Simon Says, “ Imagine both the talented actors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Fahadh Faasil coming together for a mystery suspense film. Goosebumps isn't it? Chuck Aule is the detective partner of Teddy Daniels and in the remake, the role would be perfectly apt for Fahadh Faasil.”

Possibility 3: Dr. Crawley as Prakash Raj

#Simon Says, “Dr. Crawley is a multi-layered character who confuses the audience on whether he is good or evil. The character was played by the Hollywood legendary actor Ben Kingsley and in the Mollywood remake, the role would suit the actor Prakash Raj.”

Possibility 4: Rachel Solando as Surabhi Lakshmi

#Simon Says, “Rachel Solando, played by the Hollywood actress Emily Mortimer is one of the suspicious and terrifying characters in ‘Shutter Island’. Mollywood actress Surabhi Lakshmi has the knack to play such kind of mysterious roles and in the Mollywood remake, Surabhi would be apt to reprise the character Rachel Solando.”

#Simon Says, “ So guys, we have looked into most of the possibilities of #Whatif ‘Shutter Island’ was made in Mollywood and have indeed included most of the talented actors in Mollywood to fill in the shoes of the pivotal characters from the original movie. The Mollywood remake would be also perfect if the film is directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. I really hope you guys loved our journey today and let's meet next week on the same day with yet another interesting episode of #Whatif.”
