Watch: Nithya Menen teaches schoolkids

Nithya Menen has now shared a sneak peek of how she spent the 2023 New Year’s Day. The ‘Thiruchitrambalam’ actress dropped a video of her teaching schoolkids in a village. In the video, Nithya Menen is seen reading a story to the kids, and them eagerly listening to her.

Nithya Menen also added that children in villages are a lot happier.

Sharing the video, Nithya Menen penned, “This was my New Year's Day .. ♥️ With the beautiful little ones in school at Krishnapuram village �� I surely had more to take away from being there than them .. Children in villages are a lot happier and a lot more childlike .. I always feel a great sense of hope being around them… #educationforall #villagelife.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Nithya Menen’s recent release was ‘Wonder Women’. She essayed Nora, one of the lead roles in the film. “I absolutely LOVED and had sooo much fun playing Nora ... will be sharing lots of adorable pictures from behind the scenes,” she said, sharing some behind-the-scenes pictures.

‘Wonder Women’ directed by Anjali Menon featured Nadiya Moidu, Nithya Menen, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Padmapriya Janakiraman, Sayanora Philip, Archana Padmini, and Amruta Subhash in the lead roles. The film travelled through the lives of five pregnant women, who unite at a prenatal class.
