‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ producer says a phone call from Dhyan Sreenivasan in 2018 changed his life!

The ‘Hridayam’ team is reuniting for ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ and the first look poster was launched on Wednesday, December 20, evening. The production house that bankrolled ‘Hridayam’ is backing the upcoming Vineeth Sreenivasan directorial.

During the launch of the first look poster producer Visakh Subramaniam spoke about how all of it began. The producer recalled that a phone call from Dhyan Sreenivasan in 2018 changed his life! Dhyan is part of the upcoming film as well.

For the uninitiated, Visakh Subramaniam back Dhyan Sreenivasan’s directorial ‘Love Action Drama’, which featured Nayanthara and Nivin Pauly in the lead roles. Though the film didn’t keep up with the hype, it certainly did big at the box office.

Now, as the first look poster of ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ was launched on the occasion of Dhyan Sreenivasan’s birthday, Visakh thanked the birthday boy for making him a producer!

In a note shared on social media, Visakh Subramaniam said, “It is with a lot of emotions- gratitude, excitement, joy and pride that I share the first look poster of a film extremely close to my heart, #VarshangalkkuShesham @varshangalkkushesham…”

His note further read, “In 2018, a phone call I received from my bro @dhyansreenivasan changed my life. My very first film as a producer along with @ajuvarghese ‘Love, Action, Drama’ happened. Then came ‘Hridayam’ an extremely special project with my favourite director @vineeth84 along with my brother and favourite hero @pranavmohanlal and my darling friend @kalyanipriyadarshan. And here I am today, feeling so grateful and fortunate to be able to work with all my brothers and close friends together on this Dream Project titled ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’. Our film will be releasing in theatres worldwide in April 2024 and I just cannot wait for you all to experience it!”

Visakh also extended birthday wishes to Dhyan and said, “My dear Dhyan, Happy Birthday Aliya! Thank you for making me a Producer. Love and hugs.”


Confirming the release, he added, “#VarshangalkkuShesham releasing in theatres worldwide in April 2024.”

‘Varshangalkku Shesham’ has an ensemble cast of Pranav Mohanlal, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Basil Joseph, Neeraj Madhav, Neeta Pillai, Arjun Lal, Nikhil Nair, Shaan Rahman, and Nivin Pauly.
