Tovino aces his box jump plyometric routine

Despite the lockdown, Tovino Thomas is hard at work! The actor, who has been training hard since the beginning of the year to play the superhero in his upcoming movie Minnal Murali, has been working out non-stop at his gym at home.
Recently, he put up a social media post of him acing the box jump plyometric exercise and judging from the quads, the actor has definitely not been missing leg days at the gym.He jumped a whopping 3.6ft and we are sure he has no plans of stopping at that.
Tovino has a busy year ahead but the break has given him enough to look shredded as the superhero in his upcoming movie Minnal Murali, which is directed by Basil Joseph.
