VA Shrikumar to direct Mohanlal once again
‘Odiyan’ filmmaker VA Shrikumar is teaming up with Mohanlal again for an upcoming film titled ‘Mission Konkan’. Mohanlal and Randeep Hooda will be playing the lead roles in the upcoming bilingual film. ‘Mission Konkan’ is based on the heroic tales of Mappila Khalasis, the traditional makers of urus. The film will go on floors soon.

Drishyam remake
Jeethu Joseph’s directorial ‘Drishyam’ starring Mohanlal will be getting an Indonesian remake. The makers of the blockbuster film have confirmed the same. The film which was already remade in four Indian languages and two foreign languages will be remade into the Indonesian language next!

Purple lips are back!
Shobana took some fashion inspiration from Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The actress appeared for a fashion shoot for which she chose to wear purple lips. Shobana slipped into a floral print saree paired with a bishop sleeve blouse and completed it with purple lipstick and she made headlines for all the right reasons.

Rizabawa no more
Popular Malayalam actor Rizabawa breathed his last on September 13. He was 54. The actor was reportedly hospitalized a couple of days prior to his death, after suffering a stroke. Rizabawa ventured into movies in 1990 with ‘Dr. Pasupathy’ and some of his memorable movies include ‘In Harihar Nagar’, ‘Malappuram Haji Mahanaya Joji’, and ‘Pakalpooram’ among others.

Singer-composer Sayanora Philip recently shared a video of her grooving with her girlfriends. The video of the women dancing to ‘Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaave’ became the talk of the town.
