Shooting in Wayanad was enlightening
Anil Radhakrishnan Menon’s Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi (LL7K) was a new visual experience not only for its viewers but also for its cast.
Sunny Wayn was more than thrilled when Anil called him up to tell him that the movie would be shot at the actor’s hometown, Wayanad.
While he says that initially he thought it would allow him to play host to the cast and crew, he never imagined that the shoot of LL7K would show him a different side of Wayanad altogether.

“I have always maintained that I have explored every inch of the forests in Wayanad and knew everything about it. But I was wrong,” says the actor, who plays Beeran in the movie. “Though the shoot happened in places familiar to me, like Pulpally-Kuruvadweep area, we took the unexplored routes, which revealed terrains of the forest that I have never seen. The wilderness was more captivating than what I had experienced in the past two decades.” Shooting deep in the forests meant that there was no mobile network. “This ensured we had enough time to get to know each other well. The days without gadgets and modern communication technologies made it a rejuvenating getaway.”
