Shaun Romy: Dulquer Salmaan told me that there is a journey for every character - EXCLUSIVE

’, opened up about her experience working with the charmer.

Shaun Romy recalls that even though there was a three-year gap between the first movie ‘Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi’ and the second film, Dulquer Salmaan immediately recognized her when he first saw her on the sets of Rajeev Ravi film ‘Kammatipaadam’.

“Dulquer Salmaan is such a natural and charming actor. He also gave me a tip on acting. He told me that there is a journey for every character. So, instead of immediately switching on to the character as the director says ‘action’, one should try to know what the character will be thinking or might have gone through, before the take and perform accordingly. That was something I religiously followed later,” Shaun Romy shared.

Shaun Romy also picked her favourite movies of Dulquer Salmaan, which include ‘Ustad Hotel’, ‘ABCD: American Born Confused Desi’, and ‘Njan’.

She further added that Dulquer Salmaan has now reached a certain height in the film industry, purely because of his acting talent.

On the work front, actress Shaun Romy’s recent outing was ‘Hridayam’, directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan.
