Sayanora's cab driver attacked by auto drivers

was in for a shock when she landed at the Ernakulam railway station recently. The singer hailed an Uber taxi to travel to Panampilly Nagar as it was 3 am in the morning. However, when she stepped out to enter the taxi, she found a group of auto drivers mahandling her uber driver. "It's shameful that such an incident happened in Kerala," she later wrote on facebook. "They asked me to leave the station and then hail the cab. How can a woman walk around alone at 3 am? I made a hue and cry because of which I was able to travel in the same cab. If it were a woman who cannot shout like me, she would be scared out of her wits for sure. Is there any rule that uber cab drivers cannot enter the railway station? If the auto drivers have a problem, they should settle it with the authorities concerned, not manhandle uber drivers."
