Ramesh Pisharody's Panchavarnathatha hits theatres on April 14

Ramesh Pisharody's debut directorial,

Panchavarnathatha

, will release on April 14. The film has Jayaram and Kunchacko Boban in the lead roles, with Jayaram playing a pet shop owner. Kunchacko Boban plays an MLA in the film. Anushree, Dharmajan Bolghatty and Salimkumar play other important characters.

The director had earlier told us that a macaw named Riya also has an important role in the film, as she will be seen with Jayaram all the time. A unique aspect of the film is that it will have a wide variety of animals as part of the cast.

The film will release along with Manju Warrier's Mohanlal and Dileep's Kammara Sambhavam in the Vishu weekend.
