Rahul Madhav replaces Unni Mukundan

Babu Janardhanan���s next, Lisammayude Veedu, which is a sequel to Lal Jose���s Achanuragantha Veedu, had generated a lot of buzz for more reasons than one. It was touted as a comeback of sorts for actress Meera Jasmine, who was missing from Mollywood for a while.
Actor Unni Mukundan, whose latest outing Mallu Singh was a moderate hit, was supposed to pair up with Meera in this flick.However, citing date issues, the actor stepped out of the project. The director, who was on the look out for someone to replace Unni, has now zeroed in on Rahul Madhav.
Rahul and Unni have worked together in Pramod Pappan���s Bangkok Summer. However, Rahul is still waiting for that big break in M-Town. And for him, this is a golden opportunity. ���This is like a dream come true for me. Being a beginner, it is a big break. To work with people like Babu Janardhanan, Salim Kumar and Meera Jasmine is a really big opportunity,��� says the actor.
Apparently, the actor will play two characters in the movie ��� father and son. ���It���s something I haven���t done so far. The subject is contemporary and the role I essay is very bold. I���m looking forward to this project,��� he says.
The shoot for the movie will start on June 10.
