Dulquer Salmaan’s debut film ‘Second Show’ clocked nine years this week and the actor was celebrating this huge milestone in his career. Dulquer Salmaan joined the sets of his next film directed by Rosshan Andrrews. The actor also confirmed that Bollywood diva Diana Penty is part of the film. And he also announced his next production venture ‘Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan’.

Nikki Galrani’s debut film ‘1983’ marked seven years of its release this week and so is her career. The actress celebrated her seven years in showbiz and also penned a note about her journey. “Multiple roles, preparations, emotions, laughter, drama, and a lot more! These amazing 7 years in the industry, I owe it to each and every one of you ♥️��I wouldn't be here without all of your constant love and support. I'm overwhelmed with the abundance of love you guys have given me ������Thank you for making me who I am today. Yours Truly♥️,” Nikki Galrani said in her Instagram post.

The official poster of Mohanlal’s upcoming film ‘Aaraattu’ was launched this week. Mohanlal was seen in a combat pose in the poster and it made rounds on social media for all the right reasons. Directed by B Unnikrishnan, ‘Aaraattu’ is releasing in August.

Kani Kusruti has won the Kerala State Film Award for best actress for her performance in the film ‘Biriyani’. The award ceremony was held recently and Kani Kusruti made headlines for wearing the universal red lipstick by Rihanna’s cosmetic brand Fenty. Kani is known for her strong views and the actress shared that wearing the particular lipstick was her answer to who asked “Aiyye, are you wearing lipstick?”. During the winning moment, Kani also said that she is dedicating the award to PK Rosy, the first heroine in Malayalam cinema.
