costume. Manju and Soubin have earlier worked together in Santosh Sivan’s directorial ‘Jack and Jill’, but the movie is yet to release. The Lady Superstar is excited to work with the talented Soubin Shahir and the team.

Helmed by Mahesh Vettiyar, trge movie is backed by Fullon Studios. Sarath Krishna and Mahesh Vettiyar have jointly crafted the script. Jayesh Nair will be cranking the lens. Appu Bhattathiri and Arju Benn are editing the movie. Sachin Shankar Mannath is doing the music for the movie for which 'Ambili' fame Vinayak Sasikumar is penning the lyrics. Jothish Shankar has roped in as the production designer. State award-winning designer Sameera Saneesh is the costume designer for the movie. ‘Vellarikka Pattanam’ is touted to be a family entertainer.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Manju Warrier’s last release was ‘Prathi Poovankozhi’ directed by Rosshan Andrrews. She essayed the lead of Madhuri in the movie.
