Keerthy makes her debut in Telugu

Keerthy Suresh of Geethanjali and Ringmaster fame is now making her debut in Telugu, alongside actor Navin Vijay Krishna, who is also making his debut. Director Ram will helm the project, which has been named Randu Jella Sita. Incidentally, the film is a modern version of the earlier movie of the same name, which starred reputed Telugu actor Naresh, who is Navin’s father.
“It is basically a sweet love story, on the lines of the Ramayana. I play a character similar to Sita, named Janaki, a bubbly playful character,” says Keerthy. Although she doesn’t know a word of Telugu, she was impressed by the hugeness of the Telugu industry, Keerthy says. “It feels great to be part of such a big industry. Unlike in Malayalam, fans just swarmed the actors at the pooja itself.”
Meanwhile, Keerthy finished the shoot of her third film in Malayalam, Darboni.
