Kavya to romance Vijay Babu next

It has been a while since we heard of Kavya Madhavan signing any movie. Apparently, the actress was focusing on her studies and was on a forced break from M-Town.
However, it looks like Kavya is ready for some action. Entethallatha Karanathal will see her playing wife to Vijay Babu and the mother of Sanoop, of Philips and the Monkey Pen fame. The movie helmed by Radhakrishnan Mangalath and scripted by Krishna Poojapura is touted to be an out and out family entertainer.
Its scribe Krishna Poojapura of Nadodi Mannan and Husbands in Goa fame says, “Kavya has a performance-oriented role in the film. She plays a housewife whose world revolves around her husband and her child. But one day, certain unexpected events change the course of her life and bring her fame overnight.”
Buzz is that the plot will be similar to the real life story of Chandralekha, a housewife-turned singer, who became a sensation after her song went viral online. However, Krishna refutes the rumours.
Actor and scriptwriter P Balachandran will also play a prominent role in the film.
