First character poster from 'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham' features Keerthy Suresh

Mohanlal starrer magnum opus 'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham' is gearing towards its release and now the makers have revealed the first character poster from the movie. The poster features National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh.
Keerthy looks gorgeous donning a brown kasavu saree and halter neck blouse. She will be essaying Aarcha in the movie. The previous year, Keerthy bagged the National Award for best actress for her performance in 'Mahanati'.

'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham' is an upcoming Malayalam movie directed by veteran filmmaker Priyadarshan. The movie is based on the legendary sailor Kunjali Marakkar IV, which will be played by Mohanlal. The period drama has a stellar cast of Manju Warrier, Suniel Shetty, Keerthi Suresh, Arjun Sarja, Suhasini, Nedumudi Venu, Innocent, Mukesh, Pranav Mohanlal, and Kalyani Priyadarshan among others. The film is scripted by the director Priyadarshan along with Ani IV Sasi. Antony Perumbavoor is bankrolling the project under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
The film is currently in its post-production stage and will hit the screen on March 26.
