Dileep and Dhyan Sreenivasan to team up for ‘D 150’

Actor Dileep gears up for his milestone 150th film, tentatively titled 'D 150,' with the added intrigue of actor Dhyan Sreenivasan joining the ensemble cast for the first time.

Dhyan Sreenivasan's pairing with Dileep in 'D 150' adds an extra layer of anticipation to the project, alongside a stellar supporting cast featuring industry veterans such as Siddique, Bindu Panicker, Manju Pillai, and Johny Antony.

Directed by debutant Binto Stephen, 'D 150' commenced its journey with a traditional pooja ceremony on the last day (Wednesday).

Binto Stephen, having served as the chief associate director on notable projects like 'Jana Gana Mana' and 'Malayalee From India,' makes his directorial debut with 'D 150,' described as a family entertainer that aims to captivate audiences with its heartfelt narrative.

Scripted by Sharis Mohammed, known for his work on recent hits like 'Jana Gana Mana' and Nivin Pauly's upcoming 'Malayalee From India,' the film promises a compelling storyline and engaging characters.

In addition to Dileep and Dhyan Sreenivasan, the film boasts a talented technical team, with music director Sanal Dev, editor Sagar Dass, and cinematographer Renadive on board to bring the director's vision to life.

Set against the backdrop of Ernakulam, the filmmakers plan to capture the essence of Kerala's heartland. With a targeted release during the festive Onam season, 'D 150' is promised to captivate audiences with its blend of entertainment, which is evident in the majority of Dileep's commercial films.

As fans eagerly await the unveiling of 'D 150,' Dileep's next film, 'Pavi Caretaker,' directed by Vineeth Kumar, is set to hit screens on April 26th.
