’. The 2003 release still remains one of the most popular comedy movies of the actor and the cinephiles were eagerly awaiting to see a sequel to the movie. Dileep has now announced an animated series on ‘CID Moosa’ and on International Animation Day (October 28), the actor dropped a promo of the series. The promo features an animated version of Sahadevan aka CID Moosa. Moosa is busy hunting the heist in the Bank of Scotland. In the midst of his operation, he receives a call from India, seeking his help for a ‘mission’ in India. CID Moosa directed by Johny Antony is one of the most iconic comedy movies ever made in Mollywood. The slapstick comedy features Dileep as a private detective named CID Moosa. The movie is all about how he operates each mission. The movie also featured Oduvil Unnikrishnan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Bhavana, Harisree Ashokan, and Indrans in some pivotal roles.

Udayakrishna and Siby K.Thomas have jointly scripted the movie and it was produced by Dileep under his home production banner.
