Burj Al Arab turns venue for Nithya Menen’s 'Praana' launch
The first look of Nithya Menen’s multi-lingual titled 'Praana' will be unveiled at Burj Al Arab in Dubai, UAE on June 14. The film, which will be released in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada, is directed by VK Prakash.
The thriller is touted to be the first Indian film to be shot in sync surround with Oscar winner Resul Pookutty handling the sound department and PC Sreeram cranking the camera.

The film has Nithya playing a writer and revolves around her character.
Earlier, Nithya had told us, “That’s the reason I connected immediately with Praana’s script which talks about a writer being able to write what she feels like and creatively interpret it. I believe freedom of expression is essential to have a healthy society.”
