'Aadujeevitham - The Goat Life' box office collection on day 9: Prithviraj Sukumaran's film inches closer to Rs 50 crore mark

Prithviraj Sukumaran and director Blessy are being praised with a lot of appreciation and frank reviews from the audience, critics, and celebrities for their recent survival drama 'Aadujeevitham -The Goat Life.' The movie earned a total of Rs 47 crore after finishing one week in the box office (eight days).

According to Sacnilk, on April 5, on the second Friday of its release, the film collected an estimated Rs 2.75 crore in India. This brings the total amount to Rs 49.75 crore. On the first Sunday of its release, it excelled by bagging Rs 8.7 crore, which is the highest among all the daily earnings. The occupancy rate for the Malayalam version is 34.23 percent, while Tamil had 28.30 percent and Telugu had 11.52 percent.


The movie gets an emotional soundtrack from music maestro AR Rahman, and the sound design is handled by Resul Pookutty. The movie also features Jimmy Jean-Louis, Amala Paul, and K. R Gokul in significant roles.
