'Vikruthi' is inspired from a true event

,' starring Suraj Venjaramoodu and Soubin Shahir in the lead, is inspired from an event that happened in Kochi a few years ago. A deaf and mute man named Eldo, who was returning from a hospital after visiting his ailing brother, slept off in Kochi Metro, with exhaustion. Many mistook him for a drunk man and someone clicked his photo and circulated it on social media, saying 'look at the plight of Kochi Metro'. When the truth was revealed, it pained the public's conscience and Kochi Metro apologised to Eldo as well.
In 'Vikruthi,' Suraj plays Eldo and Soubin comes as the character who shoots his photo in Metro.
