After the demise of Rebel Star Ambareesh, the government announced to build his memorial at Kanteerava studio. But the controversy raised over why the Vishnuvardhan monument, which has been cleared for many years, is still not built. Vishnuvardhan's son-in-law Aniruddha Jatkar and wife Bharathi Vishnuvardhan raised the voice against the government to allot a place to build the Vishnuvardhan memorial. Vishnuvardhan fans, who raised the movement on social media, requested the government to build the monument in Mysore.

Sanjana shared some alleged bitter memories of working with director Ravi Srivatsa on the sets of ‘Ganda Hendathi’. Later, Ravi Srivatsa ignored Sanjana’s allegation. Sanjana later asked for apologies for making allegations against director Ravi Srivatsa.
