Sandesh Nagaraj tests positive for Covid-19

Senior sandalwood producer and politician Sandesh Nagaraj has tested positive for Covid-19. He has produced popular movies like Odeya, Airavatha, Amar, Hatavadhi, Gowdru and many more movies in Sandalwood.
The producer is currently receiving treatment at a private hospital in Bengaluru. Sandesh Nagaraj's son and his family members who stay in Mysuru are currently in home quarantine.
Sandesh Nagaraj and challenging star Darshan share a close relationship. Darshan, in fact, often stays at the Sandesh Nagaraj owned hotel in Mysuru. Sources tell us that the producer is responding well to the treatment.
He is second politician from Karnataka who also is active in the Kannada film industry to test positive. Last week, Sumalatha Ambareesh also tested positive for Coronavirus. She is quarantined at home. Even Sandalwood actor Dhruva Sarja and wife Prerana have tested positive. They are receiving treatment at a private hospital.
According to reports, even producer Rockline Venkatesh has been admitted after he was tested positive for COVID-19, but nothing has been officially confirmed. Sandesh Nagaraj, who is also MLC and a businessman, had donated his monthly salary and Rs 1 crore to the Chief Minister Relief Fund for Covid-19.
Sandesh Nagaraj is currently producing a new film which will have Darling Krishna in the lead. The film is titled as srikrishna@gmail.com. Krishna plays a guy who leads life in his own terms in this romcom. The muhurath of the movie was held at a temple in Bengaluru in simple way. The heroine of the movie is yet to revealed. Sathya Hegde is the cinematographer and Jassie Gift is the composing the music, while Nagashekar is directing the project.
