Nayanthara offers Thulabharam

After embracing Hinduism, actress Nayanthara offered Thulabharam at a temple near Tiruvalla.
Nayanthara is throwing one surprise after another. During the peak of her career, the southern siren said that she was dating actor-turned-director Prabhu Deva. Then she turned many a head when she embraced Hinduism at the Arya Samaj Temple in Chennai. And a couple of days back, the actress offered Thulabharam (an offering to god on a weighing balance) at the Chettikulangara Bhagavathy Temple, near her hometown Tiruvalla.
Sources say that the actor reached the temple early in the morning and after the pooja in the noon, offered thulabharam. (50 kgs of jaggery) She also offered annadanam (providing food for the hungry and needy) to the devotees at the temple.
Nayan seems to making a whirlwind trip to all the renowned temples in the country. She recently prayed at the Bhadrachalam temple that is located 400 kilometres away from Hyderabad during the audio launch of her upcoming film Sri Rama Rajyam, and the Chottanikkara temple near Cochin. She even accompanied beau Prabhu Deva to the Guruvayoor temple in Thrissur.
