Innocent and down to earth: Actor Srinath on Sridevi

"She was 13 ½ years old when she played my sister in Hennu Samsarada Kannu. She was very innocent and down to earth and a complete professional. The moment she would be in front of the camera she was an artiste and off it, she was a humble person. She never had any air about her stardom. I have lots of fond memories of her. The entire crew was like a family. We all loved her so much. I remember her saying once how she never liked the wastage done during the makeup sessions. We had close contacts with each other and had kept in touch. She would talk to me like a family member.
