I’m glad my film got the best national integration award, especially in today’s scenario: Satya Prakash

Director Satya Prakash

fondly recalls his growing years in hometown Kadur in Chikamagalur district. “Our home was surrounded by people of all religions and our town was a picture of harmony. Those years often come to mind and when I saw the kind of negativity that abounded around me, I felt I had to make a film that conveyed my state of mind: one that chooses to focus on the positive instead of the unwanted,” shares Satya Prakash.

“The boy is a Muslim. I was aware it was a sensitive topic. But he is innocent and the cow is a mute spectator without any bias of good and bad.
