Speaking to us, producer TR Chandrashekar says, “The entire movie is set in 2020, when the pandemic broke out in Wuhan in China. The movie is shot using digital communication applications, which is a first-of-its-kind in the Kannada film industry.”

Talking about the plot of the movie, he adds, “Abhiram Shastry (Nagabhushan) is a techie who works in China. His house gets sealed, as he is the primary contact of an infected person. So, he can't meet his wife Mythili Bhat (Priyanka Thimmesh), who is pregnant and settled in Bengaluru. The lockdown comes as a shock to her and creates a void in the couple's relationship, which we have showcased with plenty of emotions and a bit of comedy. We are releasing the movie only in multiplexes.”
