Director Duniya Suri, who is basking in the glory of the success of his latest release, ‘Popcorn Monkey Tiger’, has announced his new movie ‘
Kagebangara
’ which is a sequel to the 2015 film ‘
Kendasampige
’. Fans had been waiting for this announcement ever since ‘Kendasampige’ was released. However,
Duniya Suri
filmed and released an entire different movie, that is ‘Popcorn Monkey Tiger’, before prepping for the sequel to the 2015 film.
‘Kagebangara’ will see
Prashant Siddhi
and
Poornachandra playing the lead roles and the movie is expected to be released in 2020 itself. While 'Kendasampige' was a suspense-thriller, director Suri has revealed that ‘Kagebangara’ will be a comedy entertainer. For the first time, Suri is working on a film in the comedy genre and it will be interesting to see how that shapes up.
Suri and team is currently busy searching for a location for the movie and will start shooting soon. Music director
Charan Raj will be composing the music for this movie.
