Exclusive: Dad-to-be Dhruva Sarja can’t wait to welcome the little one to the world

Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja recently shared images of a new photoshoot with his wife, Prerana Shankar, announcing that they are expecting their first born.

Sharing that the baby is due in September, Dhruva says, “Everyone at home is happy and excited. The joy of a new member joining our family becomes even more special after what we have all endured in recent times. I have mentally prepared myself for everything and I’m just going with the flow.”

While the pregnancy photoshoot has created a buzz online, Dhruva says, “We will have the traditional seemantha shortly. I plan to take a 10-day break from shooting for my upcoming film, Martin, in Mangaluru. I want to be by Prerana's side on the big day and then resume shooting.”

Speaking about his professional commitments, Dhruva says: “We are almost done with shooting for Martin. I will then immediately move on to my next project, a collaboration with filmmaker Prem, which we are hoping to begin from October 20.”
