Allamma to be premiered in Malaysia

Critically acclaimed Kannada movie Allama, which is based on the life of mystic-saint Allama Prabhu, will be screened in Malaysia on March 12. Director T S Naghabharana and actor Nagabharana will be traveling to Malaysia to attend the premiere.
The film had to face controversies for not depicting Allama Prabhu and Akka Mahadevi in a right way, during a special screening which was held in Hubballi.Some groups even called to ban the movie. The film has Meghana Raj in the female lead.
