All about 3 Ghante, 30 Dina, 30 Second's title

A quirky title for a film is bound to generate curiosity and that’s exactly what director of 3 Ghante, 30 Dinna, 30 Second, GK

Madhusudhan

intended. The film, which stars

Aru Gowda

and Kavya Shetty, promises to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller wherein the protagonists are required to solves their share of mysteries and meet challenges, all within a deadline.
“The story revolves around a task that the protagonist, played by Aru, is required to take up. Taking up this wager challenges the very essence of the lives and its significance for the lead actors over a period of 30 days, and the last 30 seconds is where the twist takes place. All this is presented within 3 hours. It is a love story with surprising twists and would fall under the experimental category of filmmaking,” says the director. However, the reason behind choosing a time-bound title has to do with what’s been close to Madhusudhan career till date. “I have been an ad film maker for many years now and for these films, we are constantly working on conveying an entire storyline within the 30-odd seconds of screen time that is often allotted. So, I am used to working with these deadlines. But since this story has so much to do with deadlines, I used numbers in them as well. It seems to be have generated a lot of curiosity and that’s what was intended,” he explains.
Incidentally, the title song 3 Ghante, 30 Dinna, 30 Second, composed by

Sridhar V Sambhram

and sung by Chandan Shetty, which was released less than a month ago has already garnered over a million views online. “The song has further highlighted the title,” says Madhusudhan.
