After Kaatera, my phone has been ringing nonstop: Kumar Govind

Actor Kumar Govind who shot to fame after Shhh! and Anuraga Sangama, had been MIA on the silver screen, until recently. His comeback in Kaatera was much appreciated and at the recent success meet of the film, the actor touched everyone with a revelation. “Of late, I hadn’t done much work, but Tharun Sudhir and Darshan sir made so much happen for me. I have umpteen names on my contact list and some of them had not called me in five years. All of a sudden after my appearance in Kaatera, all these people started calling me and saying I have done so well in the film. I was talking to another veteran director recently and he too told me that he’s been hearing great things about my turnout in the film. I guess this is what a good film does,” shares Kumar. Meanwhile, the actor has shared in past interviews that when director Tharun Sudhir narrated the film to him, he mentioned that the only character leading man Darshan respects in the film is Govind’s character. “And that was enough reason for me to accept the movie."
