Childhood pals Bill (Shishir Shastry) and Gates (Chikkanna) aspire a life of prosperity, so that they can help the needy, for which they move lock stock and barrel to Bengaluru.


As luck would have it, both manage to secure jobs at a tech firm, after saving the life of the company’s managing director. The hitch, though, is that they have to learn English and soft skills in six months’ time to continue working there. Naturally, they don’t make the cut and just as the MD readies to get them thrown out, there’s a twist in the tale.


The makers claim that Bill Gates is a comedy thriller but it thrills only in parts. The only saving grace is Chikkanna's immaculate comic timing. Sadly, the comedy itself does not pack a punch.
