With tracks like 'Dynamite', Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo's 'Savage Love' and 'Life Goes On', the South Korean all-boys band has been ruling Billboard charts since the past few months. BTS latest track 'Life Goes On' which released on the same date as Justin Bieber- Shawn Mendes' 'Monster' and Miley Cyrus-Dua Lipa's 'Prisoner' eclipsed them as it sprung to the top spot.

BTS' ninth music video 'Dynamite' which released in August broke K-pop band BLACKPINK's record to become the fastest Korean group MV to hit 600 million views on a popular online streaming platform. The track which is the Bangtan Boy's first English song had topped the Billboard Hot 100 and had managed to maintain its spot for seven straight weeks.

The septet's new album 'BE' which released last month on November 20 turned out to be an instant hit and broke several records within the first 24 hours itself. With over one million copies being sold within the first half-hour of its release, 'BE' became the fastest-selling album in K-pop history.

BTS achieved their career's biggest feat by securing their first-ever Grammy nomination in the 'Best Pop Duo/Group Performance' for their track 'Dynamite'. They have become the first South Korean group to be nominated in this category. But what made the celebration even more special was the Bangtan Boys live reaction to the Grammy nomination which broke the internet.

Apart from their dominance across all the music charts, BTS have been taking home prestigious honours at Music Awards ceremonies as well. Billboard Music Awards, Mnet Asian Music Awards, American Music Awards and many other prestigious award functions have been dominated by the septet. Not only this, but BTS also got the audience on the edge of their seats with their impressive on-stage performances.

BTS are the first Korean artist to debut at No. 1 on Billboard 200 music chart with their track 'Dynamite'. Not only this but the Bangtan Boys grabbed the top stop on the Artist 100, Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard 200 charts with their newest single 'Life Goes On'. According to Billboard, BTS is the first group in history to have two No. 1 Hot 100 debut songs.

'BE' title track 'Life Goes On' surpassed 10 million views and 1 million likes on a popular online streaming platform within the first hour of its release. The track was released along with their latest album 'BE' on November 20. Apart from the emotional aspect, what makes the track so popular, is that it marks the directorial debut of BTS member Jungkook.

In October this year, the K-pop band completed 200 weeks at the top of the Billboard's Social 50 music chart. The septet rose to the No. 1 position in late July 2017 and have managed to secure the top spot since then. Apart from music charts, BTS has been trending on social media as well.
