Who was there at Narendra Modi's swearing - in ceremony?

Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony saw the presence of a lot of Bollywood stars. The grand event was a starry affair. Several of them took out time specially to witness the moment. Supporters of Narendra Modi from Bollywood were seen cheering their favourite at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Bollywood stars had specially kept aside their appointments to be at the ceremony.

Salman Khan is known to be close to the Prime Minister. The actor had gone to Gujarat to promote his film Jai Ho. Amidst controversy, Salim Khan too had launched BJP's Urdu website. The Khan duo was proudly sitting in the second row for the ceremony. Salman Khan reportedly spared time from the shooting schedule of Kick to be at the grand celebration.

A staunch supporter of BJP, Vivek Oberoi was also present at the ceremony. Vivek has been supporting them all through the election season. Vivek Oberoi was dressed in traditional attire, supporting BJP even there. The actor's jacket had the symbol of BJP's lotus imprinted on it. Bollywood's rivals, Vivek and Salman were under the same roof, but didn't cross paths.

Madhur Bhandarkar has been a staunch supporter of Narendra Modi. At the end of the gala event, Madhur Bhandarkar had tweeted, "A BLOCKBUSTER that lived up to d hype & expectation! Leaders & dignitaries across party lines & nations in full support! A GLORIOUS evening!" Before attending the event, Madhur Bhandarkar had posted his excitement for the special moment. Feel privileged, honoured & proud that I'll be able to witness in person the historic moment of swearing-in of Modiji today." On his return trip, the excited filmmaker was seen in the company of Anupam Kher.

Bollywood's cupid couple, Hema Malini and Dharmendra made a public appearance together. The duo was present at the prestigious ceremony. Hema Malini has already won the Mathura seat from BJP and was there to attend the ceremony with Dharmendra. Hema Malini was seated in between two Bollywood stars, Dharmendra and Shatrughan Sinha. Later the actress was also spotted greeting Kokilaben Ambani.

The enthusiastic Punjabi of Bollywood, Kirron Kher too was present to witness the moment. Kirron Kher was there along with the complete Kher Khandan. Sikander Kher and Anupam Kher too were on the prestigious guest list. Anupam Kher later took to Twitter to express his enthralling experience, "Today's #swearinginceremony will remain etched in my memory as a symbol of Hope for a better India. It was wonderful to be present there.:)" All along, Anupam Kher has been a strong supporter of BJP.

Hrithik Roshan with father Rakesh Roshan, too reportedly attended the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi. Bollywood's hunk Hrithik arrived in Delhi, in full gusto to witness the memorable event. It seems like Hrithik Roshan took time from the shooting of Bang Bang to be at the ceremony. Veteran actress and now popular on TV, Poonam Dhillon was also at Rashtrapati Bhavan for the ceremony.
