And the possibility of him being sentenced is high as the three key eyewitnesses have told the sessions court that they saw the actor getting down from the driver’s seat of an SUV on the night of September 28, 2002 that ran over a group of people in Bandra. One person was killed and four others were injured at that incident. A Hindu report says that the eyewitnesses — Mannu Khan, Mohammed Kalim Iqbal Pathan and Muslim Shaikh — were among those injured. They were all workers of the American Bakery outside which the accident took place. While Salman's lawyers have been claiming that he was not at the wheel, eyewitnesses have given a different version. In fact, an eyewitness has claimed that he had received a threat call. Salman's rumoured marriage will get postponed: Just some time back Salman Khan had pleasantly surprised his fans when he hinted at a possibility of getting hitched by the end of this year as he is "tired of being single for a long time". The 48-year-old actor, who was at a press event, did not rule out the chances of marrying Romanian beauty Iulia Vantur, whom he is allegedly dating for quite some time. He was quoted by media saying, "I follow humanity. I follow Islam, Christianity, and follow right thing as much I can. I have been kind of blessed. Father is Pathan, mother is Hindu, second mother is Catholic, and brother-in-law is Punjabi. Wife, I am thinking to bring from outside...," Salman had said then. If Salman gets jailed, the lucky girl who Salman was hinting to get married with will be heartbroken. Hence, they will have to postpone their wedding.

Stronger bond between Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt: It is a known fact that Sanjay and Salman share not only a great on-screen chemistry but are very good friends in real life too. Salman has always been at Sanjay's side through his ups and downs.
