Reasons to watch Harshvardhan Kapoor's 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero'

After Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's musical 'Mirzya', Harshvardhan Kapoor is back with another film titled 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero'. The film is all set to release on June 1, 2018. The will be clashing with Harsh's sister Sonam Kapoor's chick flick 'Veere Di Wedding'. We would like to give you few reasons to watch 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero', check them out.

A Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap's film

Vikramaditya Motwane is known for making films with strong content. With movies like 'Udaan', 'Lootera' and 'Trapped' he proved that his direction is at par. While on the other hand, Anurag Kashyap has co-written the story along with Motwane and Abhay Koranne. With such great storytellers working on this project, one can expect a lot from the film.

Trailer buzz

As soon as the trailer was launched by the makers, it received a lot of appreciation from all quarters. Social media users went crazy after watching the stunts and action sequences along with the simple storyline. The superhero fans loved how Vikramaditya Motwane portrayed Harshvardhan Kapoor in the film and how he transformed from a common guy to a vigilante superhero. They also loved the LED mask of Bhavesh Joshi.

Cousins - Harshvardhan Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor to share screen space

We will see Harshavardhan Kapoor and his cousin-actor Arjun Kapoor sharing screen space for the first time. The duo is seen in the song 'Chavanprash'. Reportedly, Harsh was supposed to shake a leg on it, however, as he refused to do it, Arjun was brought on board for the same. Just like brothers, the song also features sisters - Shibani Dandekar and Anusha Dandekar.

The film has got a shoutout from Salman Khan

The trailer of 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' was not only appreciated by the audience but also by the Bollywood celebs including superstar Salman Khan. Bhaijaan took to his Twitter handle to wish Harshvardhan Kapoor for his film. Sharing the teaser, he tweeted, "All the very best. Watch this teaser of #BhaveshJoshiSuperHero ".

French stunt choreographer was brought onboard for the action scenes

The film has a lot of Mumbai in it. The makers have shot scenes at locations like a parking space in Lower Parel and the Oshiwara loading yard, railway stations premises including the Cotton Green skywalk and platform, Charni Road station and Jogeshwari. And for high octane bike chase scenes, they got French stunt choreographer Sebastien Seveau on board. The filming was done during the night with a lot of police security.
