Arjun Kapoor and Sridevi: Arjun Kapoor had always been tight-lipped about his equation with stepmom, Sridevi, until he decided to spill the beans on Karan Johar's chat show, Koffee With Karan. It was in KJo's show that Arjun opened up about this aspect of his life. In a candid conversation, the actor said that his relationship with Sridevi would never be normal. He also said that for him Sridevi was just his father's wife and nothing beyond that. He also added that his mother, Mona Kapoor, had taught him to never disrespect anyone and hence, he would never disrespect Sridevi. He went on to add that he would never be able to live with them like a normal, happy family does, but he holds no grudges against anyone. However, Sridevi has never spoken about Arjun Kapoor in public. In fact the two have never been spotted together at any event or function.

Sara Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan: Kareena's equation with Amrita Singh's children is more that of a friend than of a mother. In fact, Kareena insists that they have a lovely mother already, so they don't need another mom in their life. On Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan, Kareena spoke about her relationship with Saif's children, Sara and Ibrahim. She said, "It's pretty amazing, they have a wonderful mother. They are the most well brought-up children. I always remember Sara standing up and doing aadab. Both Sara and Ibrahim are like that. I am like a friend for them. At times, me and Sara chat over a glass of champagne. That's the way Saif wanted and that's the way I wanted it.”

Salman Khan and Helen: Both Salman and Helen have refrained from making any powerful statements in public about their equation, but it is no secret that there is no animosity between the two. While both Salma Khan and Helen and have been a part of Salman's Being Human charity shows in the past, Salman too has always been very respectful towards his stepmom, Helen. Reportedly, Helen and Salma bond like sisters now. The entire Khan family shares a very strong bond and there is no space for any rivalry or insecurity.

Farhan Akhtar and Shabana Azmi: Shabana Azmi shares a fabulous camaraderie with Farhan and Zoya Akhtar. They are often spotted dining and attending events together. While Farhan and Zoya can't stop talking about the guidance and love they receive from Shabana, she too never misses a chance to praise them. Farhan even credits Shabana and his mother Honey Irani for the kind of relationship they share now. On Karan Johar's show, Koffee With Karan, Farhan also revealed that he used to rebel against his dad, Javed for leaving his mom. But, Shabana Azmi gave him the space he needed and they slowly developed a rapport with her, revealed Farhan.

Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol and Hema Malini: The kind of equation Sunny and Bobby share with stepmom, Hema Malini is rather puzzling. While the Deol brothers skipped Ahana's wedding and have never been clicked with their stepmom, none of them has ever said anything against each other. In fact, at one of the events, on being asked whether the Deol brothers would make it to Ahana's wedding, Hema Malini had said, “They will come. They didn’t attend Esha’s wedding, but that doesn’t mean there was a plan or agenda. They couldn’t come due to some reason. They weren’t in town. So if they are in town, they will definitely come.”
