When Boman played a prank on Farah

Trust Boman Irani with his sense humour. During the shoot for one of the songs of Shirin Farhad Ki To Nikal Padi, lead actors Boman Irani and Farah Khan had to enact the Hum Aapke Hai Kaun famous song sequence that shows Salman (Khan) aiming a flower at Madhuri’s (Dixit) back with a sling.
Laughing Boman recalled, “I was supposed to use a sling shot and hit the flower on Farah’s back.I kept missing, so finally she turned around and yelled, ‘Bomzi , can’t you get one right,’ to which I jokingly replied, “There’s not enough to aim at”. She did not know I was deliberately doing it, so that I could hit more shots at her head, shoulder and nose which was easier to aim. Later of course she realised I was doing it on purpose. But in the end we got the perfect take”.
Farah added, “I had to stick my butt out for each take, and Boman kept hitting the flower all over except on my butt. Not that I have a small one. Once it hit my nose. I think he and the dancers had decided to play this prank on me”.
