is closely investigating the drugs bust, which involves Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. Lauding his efforts a fan of Sushant Singh Rajput recorded a special video for him. The 88-year-old fan of SSR from London is seen thanking Sameer Wankhede for his efforts.

Marathi actress Kranti Redkar, wife of Sameer Wankhede, had previously told ETimes that her husband’s job was a dangerous one and involved many threats too. “There are so many threats and it's very risky. So, we only step out during our work. We can't even move out freely with our children, it is really scary. I think this is a part and parcel of this job. But I am very proud of him,” she had told ETimes. Recently, Sameer Wankhede had alleged that he is being followed by the Mumbai Police. NCB's officials had met senior officers of the Mumbai Police and complained about the same. Reportedly, Wankhede also filed a complaint with the Union government that his movements are being tracked.

Recently, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) was accused of targeting Aryan Khan and his family. Refuting all such reports, Sameer Wankhede told ETimes in an interview, “We are not targeting anyone at all. We have nothing against him. We have arrested more than 300 people in the last 10 months. Out of those, at the most, there would be about 4 to 5 known people. How can you say that we are targeting anyone? Most of those arrested in the last one year are hard-core, drug-related criminals.”



Aryan Khan’s bail plea will be heard today by a Mumbai sessions court. The star son was arrested on October 3 and is currently in judicial custody.
