Sudeepa impressed by Vadodara designers!

It’s a piece of news that Vadodara’s budding fashion designers will draw inspiration from.
Model and actress Sudeepa Singh, who was in Vadodara as one of the showstoppers for the fashion show organized by Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD), said that she was highly impressed by the outfits prepared by the students of the institute. “Designing is a very creative job and it’s not always easy to come up with the perfect outfits.But the students here really prepared some eye-catching and beautiful garments.” said Sudeepa, talking about the garments prepared by the students like Indo-Western outfits made out of the rich textile of Gujarat, contemporary dresses inspired by tribals of Madhya Pradesh and other outfits.
And it’s not just the designers here who won her over. Asked about the visit, she says, “This is my second visit to Vadodara, but I didn’t get a chance to explore the city during my first visit. This time, I visited the Laxmi Vilas Palace as we were shooting for an ad there and found it really beautiful and majestic. I was also fascinated to know that the maharaja still stays here.”
Interestingly, this is one actress who seems to be immune to catfights. Talking about the experience of working with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in her debut film Action Replayy, Sudeepa said, “The look of my television show Ardhangini had been copied from Devdas, and I would always read about how beautiful Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was. I really wanted to meet her. She is so beautiful and down to earth that I became her fan in no time. Soon, I will be doing another multi-starrer and the shooting for that film starts in October.”
