After introducing
Tiger Shroff and
Tara Sutaria's characters, producer Karan Johar now introduced his third student Ananya Panday's character on social media Yesterday, the makers dropped the teaser posters of the film '
Student Of The Year
2' that featured Tiger Shroff. The film is a sequel to 2012 hit college drama 'Student Of The Year' which saw the debut of Alia Bhatt,
Varun Dhawan and
Sidharth Malhotra.
The sequel that marks the debut of Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday will drop its first official trailer on 12th April, i.e. tommorrow and the film will release on 10th of May. Today, Karan took to his Twitter account and after introducing Tara Sutaria's character, introduced Ananya's character as Shreya as he wrote, "Jumping her way into your hearts!!❤Presenting #Ananya as Shreya! #SOTY2TrailerTomorrow@apoorvamehta18 @iTIGERSHROFF #Tara @punitdmalhotra @DharmaMovies @foxstarhindi @ZeeMusicCompany @SOTYOfficial."
Helmed by Punit Malhotra, 'Student Of The Year 2' will also see Will Smith shaking a leg with Tiger Shroff and the two female leads on the celebrated song 'Radha teri chunri' from the film's prequel. His debut in Bollywood has also doubled the audiences excitement for the film's release.
The film also stars Rohit Roy,
Farida Jalal, and Samir Soni among others. According to reports, the lead actors of the previous film Alia, Varun and Sidharth will be making a cameo in the film.
