Bollywood actor Sharad Kapoor, widely recognized for his performance in Josh, has been accused of attempting sexual harassment by a 32-year-old woman. The complaint, filed at Khar Police Station in Mumbai, has brought serious allegations against the actor, sparking widespread attention.

The complainant alleges that Kapoor invited her to his residence under the pretense of discussing professional opportunities. Upon arriving at his home, she claims she was directed to his bedroom, where Kapoor was allegedly unclothed. The woman reportedly requested him to dress and proceed with the discussion professionally. However, the complaint states that Kapoor disregarded her request and attempted to hug her inappropriately.

Following her accusations, an FIR was registered under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, including Section 74 (assault or use of criminal force against a woman), Section 75 (sexual harassment), and Section 79 (insulting the modesty of a woman).

The Mumbai police have begun an investigation into the matter, but no arrests or official statements have been made by Kapoor or his representatives.
