Rakesh Roshan unhappy with 'Raees' ' 'Kaabil' clash?

Shah Rukh, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani had earlier issued a joint statement which read, 'It was not an easy decision to move the film. However, a movie of such magnitude requires the appropriate showcasing and, therefore, we have decided to shift our release date to January 26, 2017.'

A source was quoted in the same report as saying, 'SRK and Hrithik had met to discuss the release, but ultimately, it's the call of the makers. Rakesh Roshan has decided to not shift the release date. But he is very upset that

    is also releasing on the same date. He even called up Ritesh Sidhwani on Monday afternoon to express the same and on Tuesday when the announcement came in the newspapers, he was pretty irked.'

    However, Rakesh Roshan denied having called Ritesh or being approached by SRK. He said that he will stick to his release date, irrespective of who comes or doesn't come.
