Says Rajdeep, “Yes, I have been taking up a few lessons in Spanish. I think knowing at least some part of the language of a place is very important when you are in a foreign land as it helps you to fit in more with the local people. It’s always lovely to spend time in Spain. The Spaniards extremely laid-back, friendly with strong family ties just like Indian culture. I make it a point to have Spanish food; I love it for its spice, colour, flavours and it has that certain ‘oomph’ just like their dance, music and lifestyle. In fact, Spain has quite a few parallels with India!”
